What to do with seo when keyword is too difficult?

Hello everybody. Recently, I have been writing many texts with many keys. These keys are among the most important requests for which I am going to promote my site and which are valuable to my business. I created this selection manually and chose the keywords that users can use to search my site. In addition, my friends advised me to do a little research. For this, I used Google Keyword Planner or Keyword Explorer from Moz (paid tool). In this case, I selected only about 50 keywords. However, I wondered if my keys are difficult for users to perceive. What to do with SEO when the keyword is too complicated?
