How to install and setup wordpress seo plugin by yoast?

Please give a recommendation which WordPress plugins are needed to create a news site?

I was recommended a standard set of plugins:

Yoast SEO;

Wordfence Security;

Google Analytic.

It will be nice if you tell me what each of them is for, how to install them and configure them for my purposes.

I also want to include comments in my information materials. Do I need a special plugin for this?
